D.A.R.E. Graduation

Today was D.A.R.E. Graduation. Me and my bf Julia both had to give speeches.

Carter's B-day

Saturday was Carter's Birthday. We had 7 little 5 year olds running around the house. What a blast!!

We also had a shooting range. Nerf bullets everywhere.

My Blog

Well, I came home from church today, and didn't really have anything to do. So I decided to create a blog. Here it is!

City Talent Show

This year, I decided to tryout for the city talent show. We were in the car a few minutes before my audition time, when my dad asked me if I had my violin. I looked around, but it wasn't there! We made a u-turn and headed straight to the house. When I looked at the clock, I realized it was almost my time! My uncle(my accompianist) called and said they were just going to skip us! I ran into the living room and grabbed my violin as fast as I could and ran straight back out. I had my violin out and was tuning it in the car. When we got to the high school (where they were having auditions) I ran straight up the steps (in slippery cowboy boots!) and headed straight for the auditorium. I ran in, and the judges asked if I wanted to catch my breathe and let the next person go before me. Obviously, they could've waited! A couple weeks later I found out I made it to the top 16! The final competition is in about a month.
